A blind, flayed predator that grows out of a zombie in Resident Evil 2. It tracks prey by sound and kills with claws and a long barbed tongue. The Licker is the series' best-known 'evolved zombie' and has returned in spin-offs, Resident Evil 5 and the 2019 remake.123
