The second film in Romero's series is set largely in a shopping mall and is noted for its satire of consumerism. It is often called the greatest zombie film. Its influence is cited by Shaun of the Dead and the games Dead Rising and Left 4 Dead, and Fulci's Zombi 2 was sold as its sequel.12
