The Crossed are the infected of Garth Ennis's comic: living people who keep their intelligence and act on their worst impulses. Unlike the victims of typical zombie or insanity plagues, they remain self-aware and able to plan. The original series ran from 2008 to 2010 and was followed by spin-offs.1
