Gary Fleck
Gary Fleck is the thinking zombie of David Wellington's Monster Island, a medical student who is undead and still himself. The novel began as an online serial in 2004 and was printed in 2006. Booklist called it a fantastic zombie novel, while the Washington Post reviewed it harshly.1
