Corpses of Invisible Invaders
In this 1959 film, unseen aliens take over the bodies of the recently dead and use them against the living. Turner Classic Movies describes it as the inspiration for Night of the Living Dead. The lore is science fiction rather than horror: the bodies are vehicles, and sound is the weapon that stops them.1
