Zombie (Magic: The Gathering)

The zombie as a creature type in Magic: The Gathering, the trading card game created by Richard Garfield and first released in 1993. Zombies belong mainly to black, the colour of death and the graveyard. The Gothic horror set Innistrad (2011) split them into two traditions: the necromancer's risen dead and the necro-alchemist's stitched-together corpse.12
