Walkers (The Walking Dead comic)

The walkers of Robert Kirkman's comic are the slow, largely mindless dead of a zombie apocalypse seen through a sheriff's deputy who wakes from a coma. The series never explains the outbreak and ran for 193 issues over sixteen years. It was adapted as the AMC television series and its six companion series.12
